Watt Power was established in 2011. In January 2014, Noble Group Ltd acquired a majority shareholding in the company.


Noble Group is an international infrastructure, logistics and trading company with headquarters in Hong Kong. It owns energy assets in the UK where it employs around 250 staff (www.thisisnoble.com)


Watt Power Ltd operates under a management services agreement with Stag Energy Ltd in Edinburgh (www.stagenergy.com).  Stag Energy has extensive experience in the development of power stations and related energy infrastructure projects, in the UK and overseas.

George Grant


George is the Managing Director of Stag Energy and has worked in the energy sector for over 25 years in Europe, North America, Africa  and Asia.  Experience covers the spectrum of project life cycle including development, financing, construction and operations.

Norman Campbell


Norman has worked in project development and delivery in the power generation, and gas and LNG infrastructure sectors, for over three decades. Prior to joining Stag Energy in 2006, Norman has been instrumental in successfully leading and delivering complex multiple projects globally.

Chris Thiele


Chris is responsible for Noble Group asset investment and management in Europe, Africa and Middle East following over 20 years' experience in utilities and infrastructure investment and finance with Morgan Stanley, Barclays, CMS Energy and KPMG.
